Trekking Equipment
We always advised you to carry a good trekking/ hiking gears. Proper trekking equipment gives you pleasure while you are hiking but if your gears are not well fitted to you will give you a problem. A small gears which is not feet to you can lead you a serious problem or you may have to quit your trek. We can't say which can be the best gears to whom, where and when. The best way to know about your gear is to consult our trekking manager before you are coming to trek to Nepal. Except food, room or tent to sleep the following gears could be useful to trek

Personal Trekking Equipment

Footwear
Trekking and running shoes, Camp shoes, some pair of Socks

Clothing
Warm jacket, Jumper or pile jacket, fleece jacket, Hiking pants, long trousers and long sleeved, Waterproof windproof jacket or poncho, Sun hat, worm hat or scarf, some pair of T shirts

Other equipment
Rucksack and duffel bag, Sleeping bag, Flashlight and batteries, Mattress, binocular, little sphere rope, Stick, wastage management bag, camera,

Miscellaneous items
Toilet articles and towels, Small knife, some gum, chocolate, biscuit, Sunscreen lotion, lighter, Sun Glass, water purifying tablets, water bottle, Medical & first-aid kit, map and compass, Nepali phrase book, pencil and notebook, lip guard,

Please notice that normally there will not have any trekking store or any sphere gear shop to buy or hire them in the mountain. Please check your personal gears twice or thrice so that it will be comfortable to you. We highly advise to consult our Trekking Manager to make sure about your gears
